Meditation: Develop Healthy Habits

Creating new habits requires us to first recognize what we need to release. Adi asks, "What doors do you need to close in order to open something new?" Our old patterns are imprinted deeply like grooves in a path. In order to really change we have to create new grooves that are deeper than the older grooves that no longer support the life you want to live. Today's meditation invites you to consider a new path. To create new grooves (habits), we have to practice over and over again. As you meditate today, you will contemplate what old pattern you can let go of and what new habit you are ready to practice.
