Research shows that practicing gratitude makes us happier and more content. Appreciating everything that has happened in the past truly prepares us to live up to our full potential. Adi invites us to witness all of the gifts that life has given us and to accept that even the challenges were pivotal to our inner growth and evolution. Sometimes we cannot see the silver lining in the moment but if we can remember to trust in our hardships and to be open to receiving the lesson, we can begin to live a life full of gratitude.
