Set Your Intention

Set your intention and practice sticking with it! The nature of the mind is to wander; many times we have hardly moved through one Sun Salutation and already we have lost our intention (Sankalpa). With reminders and encouragement from Mona, you will continuously check in with your breath, your intention, and your reason for practice. Mona will also lead you an exercise to develop imagination which will support a stronger meditation practice.
