Enjoy this restorative flow practice as you learn how to manage your Prana. Say yes to deepening your breath and to discovering more space in your body, dissolving stress and tension in the process. Mona will lead you through a strong warm up, eventually slowing the pace so you can turn your attention inward to the body and the breath. Can you begin to tune into the subtleties of your practice? Please make sure that you have bolsters and yoga blocks for this class.
