Meditation: Reside In Your True Nature
As the mind becomes quiet and you learn to disassociate from self-defeating thoughts, you begin to discover the brilliance of your true nature and bring your awareness in the "cave of your heart." When you identify with your thoughts, you project them onto everything and everyone around you and create suffering. When you rest in your true nature you can experience the eternal light of your awareness. Release the inner turmoil and quiet your mind with the mantra So Hum (I am that, that I am) to come home to yourself.
