Nadi Shodhana or Alternate-Nostril Breathing is the sweet or the balancing breath. This practice is key to finding balance as an individual. With the use of the hand, you will depress one nostril at a time, counting a steady inhale, alternating the depression of the nostril, and counting a steady exhale. This is strengthening to your central nervous system.
