Meditation: Fine-tune Your Awareness

To reside in your true nature, you must develop "discriminating awareness" to see things as they really are. Today you will consider what is real and what is non-real, what is truth and what is non-truth, what is eternal and what is impermanent, and ultimately start to notice when you get caught in routine thinking patterns. As we develop "discriminating awareness" we can recognize our knee-jerk reactions for what they are and see how they color our perception. When you "clear the path" for "discriminating awareness," you expand your consciousness, discern what is real, and operate from a place of inner knowing. This meditation incorporates the mantra Sat Chit Ananda (truth, consciousness, bliss).
