Meditation: Find Your Freedom

Pain is an inherent part of life; it cannot be avoided, and it is sometimes completely out of our control. However, self-created suffering can and should be avoided. When you are confused about the way things truly are, the tendency is to create unnecessary suffering. It is usually a lack of self-awareness that leads you to inner turmoil. Cultivating continuous awareness is the first step that gives you access to a universe of healing and freedom. It is your responsibility to look at your suffering head on and to recognize the source of your suffering can also be the source of your freedom. Use this meditation to wake up and cultivate the courage to change the things that you can.
