Meditation: Effort Less

Anytime you learn something new, it requires conscious effort. Creating a new habit, a new pattern, or a new thought process begins in the conscious mind. At first when you try something new, it can feel like a chore. However, with practice, your effort becomes effortless. Such is true with meditation. If you can stay the course even when you think you are not changing quickly enough you will, in due time, begin to have an experience with effortless effort. As a result, you will feel nourished by your efforts. Repeat the mantra: So Hum (I am that, that am I) and begin to bring more ease into your life.
