Meditation: Trust Yourself

The nature of the mind is to wander so even as you try to come to stillness, your thoughts may have a tendency to become louder. You might attach and identify to certain self-doubts that exist within your energy field. However, Adi points out that when we focus on something besides our thoughts, such as breath or mantra, we quiet negative thoughts and allow our nervous system to relax. Today Adi will guide you in practice of Anapana, the passive observation of the breath, in order to steady the "turnings of the mind." In this meditation you will rise above the self limiting tendencies of your mind by focusing on your breathing.
