Meditation: Create a Safe Foundation

When we begin a new routine it is easy to set rigid expectations and to put a lot of pressure on ourselves which ultimately challenges our path to success. Today's meditation will support you in building a foundation of security so that you remember to be kind and forgiving towards yourself. When we try something new from a foundation of safety, security and ease we can grow and transform gradually; we are better equipped to deal with setbacks and discouragement. Starting with self-kindness is the key to positive inner change. The So Hum mantra ("I am that, that I am") accompanies this meditation.
