Flow with Stability

With a focus on the hips, legs, and feet, find mobility and stability as you step into the flow. Inspired by the Brahma Granthi, we work to soften and break down walls we have built and defense mechanisms due to strong attachments to physical or material pleasures. Work towards gratitude and our freedom of choice with Adi by clearing the feet and giving the hips some love.
