Enjoyable Sequence
As is Neesha's style this class builds into a final "big pose". That pose being a variation of pigeon in which you grasp your flexed foot behind you. In my opinion Neesha excels at cueing you into these big postures and prepping your body appropriately. It results in me being able to safely and comfortably go farther which is awesome.
