Excellent before-bedtime unwinder that increases my my fascination and delight with the amazing power of Kundalini. I especially appreciate how the practice breaks blockages in the neck and shoulders and the "C" curve has now found a place in my regular stretching routine right along with cat cow. Namaste!

I have always been a fan of Sarah's kundalini classes so I was excited for this new one. FYI it's only 30 minutes, so keep that in mind if you were expecting a normal yoga today-length class. But it will be nice to have on hand when I'm short on time. Also, I think that pidgeon pose is a pretty deep stretch to do after only 20 minutes of warm up.
