The class begins almost like a first timers with basic description of basic poses, then leads into a little more challenging hip openers. After being away from yoga for a few months, it was nice to feel things release and ease into it. I almost wish this practice went a little longer and incorporated some seated poses, as well as a bit of chest/back work--I often find long bouts of travel leave me just as tight in the shoulders from being hunched into smaller spaces. Definitely a practice i will return to in a time pinch, but I find the thirty minutes to feel a little too abbreviated and missing a bit in the upper body.

Neesha's guidance is almost as good as having a teacher in the room. Some people complained about all the talking, but I really appreciated her inspirational words and specific instructions to improve alignment. I'm so happy about these shorter classes, too!

Thanks for that! I travel for a living and this is a much needed wind down for a day on the airplane. I always feel like i have a vise on my abs at the end of the day and this helped to release that feeling. I will ad this to my weekly yoga practice. peace ; )

Neesha, this was beautifully & compassionately presented! I walk or bike to work every day and am often travelling between my different jobs throughout the day. Even with a regular yoga practice, I still experience tightness in my hips & thighs. This, however, provided the opening, exploration and AWARENESS I needed in these areas, and it's length means it's easier to fit into any day or practice.
