The message of accepting where you're at was really well conveyed. The class revealed a lot n terms of where I was at. Sometimes it felt a bit slow going, I wanted to get past the challenges I wasn't good at - but I appreciate that this went along with learning & practicing acceptance.

This is a good class for those days when you want a workout but not an overly strenuous flow. The pace was slower, and there were many cues from Adi to modify. This also seemed like a class that would be appropriate for all levels as long as you understand how to not strain your low back in backbends. I loved the stretching leading into final relaxation.

This is the first class in awhile that left me sore the next day—in a good way. Felt like I'd been doing weights! Totally novice accessible, easy to skip some chaturangas and rest in down dog (as Adi suggests).

This session had very intense stretches for both the shoulders and hips/thighs. The pace of vinyasa was a bit slow for me, making it a little hard to build up and retain heat, which would help in the stretches. As usual from Adi, the instruction was very good. Many variations were introduced so it would be appropriate for many levels of flexibility.

Having problems in my right side from to much time behind the computer, this class - and every other class - is just what I need to get the day started. I loved the slow paced backbending, and allowed myself to stay in the less advanced poses not to overextend. Love how Adi constantly reminds me to be mindful in the poses.
