Everything and everyone was making me cross today. Even the thought of yoga made me grumpy but luckily after reading the reviews and with my husband's persuasion I did this class. SO GLAD!! Thankgod for Neesha and yogatoday because nowI feel brilliant! Thanksxxx

I really enjoyed this class, a bunch of heart openers and back bends, but it starts at a nice quick paced flow with focus on the breath and warming. It has some nice basic standing flows, side-plank, and lots of lunge postures. It culminates with shoulder bridge and a few full upward facing bows. As always Neesha's instruction is right on point.
