I usually find Kundalini challenging and I tend to become frustrated by long kriyas. However, this class is probably my favourite Kundalini class (so far). I feel energized and cleansed. And I'm even tempted in revisiting Sarah's other Kundalini classes. Sarah is a fantastic teacher! Furthermore, I enjoyed the little asana sequence near the end of this class- a treat.

I have taken some of Sarah's Kundalini classes before. My partner decided to join me in practicing yoga for the first time today. This was his first class in yoga. He enjoyed the class and after said "I am tied, but I can breath easier!" Thank you for another wonderful class and a great first time class for my partner!

This class was just alright for me. First of all, Sarah says right at the beginning that this is an intermediate class, so it should NOT be labeled novice. That's ok though, I don't mind the challenge. However, the few asanas incorporated into the class were not easy to do without any warmup. Then later in the class, we do a short flow. Had this been at the beginning of class, maybe my hips and hamstrings would have enjoyed that pigeon pose a little more than after I had been sitting for half the class! These poses are not normally a problem for me but definitely not doable with stiff, cold muscles.

There are one or two kriyas which are SO hard for me, and this practice has one of them- breath of fire on the belly makes me feel like it's my first time. My kidneys must need this. Thanks for new moves and the challenge!
