Liked this one. The instruction was so good, that I could close my eyes in the middle of class and could hold them closed till the end. This was due to the slow pace of intence postures.

Perfect to strengthen abs and oblics.

Works the core throughout the class with standing poses and vashistasana. Final third of class focuses on seated or reclined core work. I feel very strong and ready to meet the challenges that life brings me today! Thanks Adi. Namaste.

I like the combination of plank and seated boats - I still can't hold my weight on my arms and keep my crossed legs up from being seated - is there a way to prepare/practice/strengthen for that move? This is about the only thing I feel like I need a teacher coaching me on, live.

Total focus on the core, the standing portion is really just sun salutes with half moon and side plank added. The floor portion is a difficult series of exercises (Pilates like). A lot of challenge in this sequence. Very good.

thank you for this tough yet rewarding class. Some of the core moves seemed slightly pilates based, which I enjoyed. While core is emphasized toward the end, this was a great whole body workout.

As the title say, this class is concentrating on core. A great sequence, with a final series that is even more core! I do not like core classes while I am doing it, but afterwards I feel my lower back really appreciates the stronger abds! Thank you!

I enjoyed this class, the core focus doesn't really hit until the end - it begins with a simple sun salutation flow at the beginning with half moon poses worked in.
