Yoga is so many things. Humbling would be my choice descriptive for this one (unless you are on Neesha's ability level and can effortlessly move through this sequence). The presentation is playful and inviting giving it a lighthearted feel despite the challenge.

Great class, but definitely a challenge for me. Loved that there were poses I had never done before. I didn't have a block or any other acceptable prop, so I was unable to do the seated almost kneeling pose toward the end. I can usually get by without props, but not here. Next time I do this class I will be sure to have a block or blanket and a strap.

Definitely my favorite class from YogaToday thus far--and the best class I've taken from Neesha! It pushed me and had a great, fluid flow. I appreciated that Neesha kept things moving in this class and wasn't afraid to throw in some challenging variations--I learned a lot. I had to reach to a deeper part of my strength and it really invigorated me! I look for more classes like this!

I thought I was kind of flexible until tried these cradle poses. Could barely get my torso upright. And I'm astounded by Neesha's ability to come to standing from "shooting the duck"! I look forward to doing this practice a couple of times a week to be able to work on going deep. Probably the most challenging, yet exciting class yet. Loved all the new poses. Would appreciate additional instructions for the beginner in working through the cradle.

I do yoga not for long time. It was challenging, there were 3-4 poses i coudn't do, BUT there were 4-5 that i tought i would not have, but i did. I fell very well after that class, energized, and shaking :D Great teaching, i hope you girls teach us many-many good things in future too. A lot of thanks!!! (forgive my not too good english)

Probably one of my favorites so far. Would have given higher rating but the streaming of voice was off so seemed to lag a little where didn't match up too well.

Opens hips thru movement of energy rather than wrenching the body. Fun :)

Fun and challenging class with innovative poses. Shooting the duck - easier to get into, very hard to get out of - I can't imagine doing that on the roller derby track!

I couldn't make it all, but it was agreat class with a nice relaxing end. Neeshas explanations and advices are very helpful to get the best out of every class. I will try this one again in several weeks to control my progress :-)
