I can't think of a time I wouldn't want to do this one. I always shy away from the sessions taped indoors, but they are always sooooo good. This one really opens the shoulders and hips, and it gets you heated up and focused.

I think I probably should have used a blanket to equalize the weight on my sitting bones...The twisting leading up to this pose was warming and releasing and I found that, with the superb warmup, I was able to go deeper into the twists than ever before.An empowering, confidence-building class - thank you!
