i am a deep backbender. and thanks to this class my upper back curves even deeper and the whole asana is done with a lot more integrity. also, i have been applying throughout the week the ´kindney loop' that Neesha teaches here. and it has made a big difference in a lot of poses -not only on the backbends. thanks!

Namaste, thank you Nessha for making my back bend filled with more Shri.......I am going to work on it with opening into my back body so my back bend is full on open for John Friends workshop in NJ.....I feel like I will be able to shine in back bend for the workshop <3

Bring your strap (8ft or longer) to this one! Neesha gives great alignment points and different ways to properly work in to your posture. I really enjoyed her opening of the back body, reminders of how to engage kidney loop and shoulder loop, and safe ways to enjoy backbends. I'll definitely do this one again!

Excellent instruction on shoulder and kidney loop for glorious backbends. Its amazing how much these little adjustments can do for open and free, non crunching backbending. I will be coming back to this one for sure!
