I thought this class was a good one for everyone to do, not just those who want to eliminate fear. I enjoyed Sarah's commentary on the kidney/adrenals/thyroid and how they tie into fear. I also really appreciate how she describes things through an Oriental Medicine perspective. A very relevant class for our overworked/stressed society.

Kundalini Yoga always pulls me in and this class is no exception. I felt energized and motivated to give my all. I love how the class starts out with the flow and grinds and builds up with the breath of fire. I found it relaxing, centering, and motivating. I must remember to add Kundalini to my day every day!
