Lol, anusara is supposed to have a positive message, or "lecture" with each class. The practice believes in the good in everybody, which I sometimes have a hard time with. So, I try to listen to what she has to say and grow into a more positive person through it.....and once in a while I skip ahead a little bit, I'll admit. I do love the creativity of the poses in anusara, and the focus of the heart, so I am going with it. Flag as offensive
