I just got back in to yoga after the birth of my daughter (she is two now...where does the time go!?) and so decided to take it from the beginning again. I was worried that this would be boring but it is really informative and felt SO good to focus on getting things RIGHT before moving on, and remembering your breath. I felt the head-cold I had last week really loosening up with this class too. A really great balanced class!

I'm not new to the poses, but have taken a long break from yoga while increasing my running a lot. My body is tight! I was a bit apprehensive about doing a beginner's class because I thought I might find the poses boring. I was pleasantly surprised that I was never bored; there was a perfect amount of focus on the fundamentals of each pose, and how to go into them slowly, without repeating them too often. I'll definitely be coming back to this one.
