I did this practice after a rigourous workout and it was perfect. As there is nothing too strenuous in this sequence it enabled me to focus on my breath(this class opened with some good breathing practice) and relax into it. I liked the use of the block in Warrior I.

This class would be appropriate for a true, first-time beginner, as the level of instruction is very detailed. However, the class was still enjoyable for me (a not-quite-yogi) as an excellent review practice. Nice workout, too.
