I thoroughly enjoyed this Ashtanga primary series. Adi guided the class beautifully and most asanas we stayed longer than 5 breaths which made it quite challenging at times. At the end I felt very relaxed and felt wonderful! Thanks Adi!

I definately feel great after this class. I liked this version of the primary series as it was not too heavy in the vinyassa, jump through, lift-up movements. Those were included but not overkill. Doable and enjoyable.

The primary series is probably my favourite. There are no very difficult poses but still I feel like it is a complete workout for the body. Holding the poses a bit longer than usually has a very calming effect for the mind. Thank you all for another wonderful class.

Adi does a great job reminding you of all the specific movements that one tends to just breeze through after practicing for awhile. While it wasn't the complete series it helped me to center and be at ease this morning. Thank you Adi!
