if you're looking for slow kundalini class. I started 5 minutes in to bypass the tedious explanation of breath of fire. the only guru moment is perhaps camel pose with breath of fire. otherwise I would recategorize this as yogi.

I did want to end a early a few times, since i have a busy day ahead, but as Sarah said, just keeping going is where the most value is with this class. I was afraid i wouldn't be able to make through my long day, now, i'm brimming with energy, maybe even too much! Awesome class!

I only gave this 3 stars because I was expecting a guru class and it was more basic and beginner. Still, a good kundalini class though if you want a less challenging practice.

Normally I shy away from Kundalini classes - but this was really great for me. I worked up a great sweat and also feel so calm and relaxed. I'd definitely do this again.
