So good for me and fun too. It had been awhile since I had practiced the 5 Tibetan rights and so it was nice to feel all the energy they created in my body. Really enlivens from head to toe.

Great class! I was shaking like a leaf when I finished this class. It's invigorating, tough, and relaxing all in one. Plus, it's fun to switch it up between the three kinds of yoga. It's definitely not a boring class!

Sarah is a true teacher! Thanks so much for such a diverse yet integrated class. It was important for me to remember to follow my own pace and breath as many of the krias were a little fast, but once I let my breath lead me I felt awakened and balanced. Many thanks!

I enjoyed this one but not as much as some of Sarah's other classes. It didn't always flow nicely from one pose/sequence to another. It was tough and definitely strengthening though. Even a mediocre video on yoga today is strides ahead of any other at home video I have done!

I did this class today and was left dizzy and sick to my stomach. It didn't go away for hours and I had to lie quiet and had a headache. I think the exercise that we did turning in circles in the beginning followed by vigorous activity was what did it. I think you are incorrect Sarah about turning in this way being good for vertigo. At least not for me!

That was a really fantastic class. I think Sarah strikes just the right tone with her classes: they're always aerobically challenging but she gives good advice to improve your asanas as well. My only gripe, and this sounds so petty, is that she kept referring to snowboarding as skiing :)

This class was fun and moved from the 5 Tibetan Rites, through some Kriyas, and ended with long holds on basic asana for a strengthening practice. At times, I thought that Sarah was talking a bit too much which was a little bit distracting - everything she was saying was interesting - but just hard to focus on while practicing. I did really like the sequence!

This class really made my muscles shake, especially the muscles in my legs. That "karate-pose" really works the thighs if you have the guts to really pull the tailbone down and keep your spine straight. Even if you don't bend your legs that much you will feel it! An overall nice paced class, and I love the calming but yet encouraging effect that Sarah has on me.
