I really didn't feel much hip opening in this class - there are only a few hip opening poses explored - warrior two, half moon, fire log pose - but the class overall felt a little disjointed. If you're looking for deep hip opening, there are some better classes on yogatoday.

What a great class! I've had a sacroiliac injury for nearly a year. Since then, triangle pose has re-irritated the injury over and over again. Neesha's fabulous instruction of moving the thighs back in side angle BEFORE opening the belly and chest, then translating these principles into the triangle pose gave my first pain-free expression of an exhalted and joyous trichonasana! Thanks, Neesha, for bringing me back to one of my favorite poses!

This class was fabulous for really attuning oneself to good hip alignment. It is too easy to over stretch the hips and Neesha really made the focus about strength, not how wide you can stretch. Thank you!!!

This class moved through some gentle sun salutes for warm up but had plenty of big poses to experience throughout. Poses like full side plank and half moon. Neesha places you in each pose slowly so you get full experiences. Intense seated poses as well like hero and firelog.

Another great class with Neesha. But in case you were expecting a class about spring, you should know that this one is actually geared towards "drawing in to center" in preparation for autumn. (Didn't bother me—I'm a cold weather girl, so I basically "draw in" and hibernate during warm weather!)

A wonderful class full of great Neesha a-ha moments (it doesn't get more specific than this!) but also enough to silliness to create lots of joy. This is not at all a rapid moving class but one that left me feeling very centered.
