It's all in the effort.
The beauty of yoga is that you can always get something out of it if you just put the effort into it.
I am not a beginner, but I am very much out of shape so this class is very tough to do. Still I LOVE it because every pose is so good and so fun that I want to challange myself.
I come back to this class time and time again, today is like the fourth time in two weeks. :)

still a beginner, but tried it anyway and it was great!
i have been doing yoga on and off for about 10 years. each time i start up my practice again i do beginner's classes, thinking i can't do any of the more difficult classes. i have changed my thinking a little this time around, and have been mixing it up a little - it has been amazingly rewarding. and i found i could keep up with this class much better than i thought i was going to (is that my singer's lungs?) and am feeling fantastic. i was scared of it, but was focused and now am rewarded!! thank you sarah - i really love your classes.
