Great workout
This is one of the more challenging YT classes I've done--great workout! She addresses the whole body, but the double dips (plank to chaturanga back to plank to chaturanga to up dog...) really get the arms. No real focus on the stretching poses either; almost the whole class is moving or strength poses.
