I really enjoyed this class - built more heat that usual in Sarah's classes. Not really sure what made it Kripalu - but there seemed to be more vinyasa than usual. Was also wondering why sometimes there is no corpse pose at the end of class? May it has to do with this school of teaching. Namasta y'all

This class was wonderful as all of Sarah's classes are! I agree for the two above reviewers. I found this class to be on the Guru end of the spectrum, although the poses are not fancy, the pace is quick.

This is a pretty fast-paced class that requires some skill - (in response to the last review, I concur and will change it's level categorization to "Guru" however if you're on the advanced side of "Yogi" give it a try for a challenge. Just did the class on the deck overlooking the valley of Jackson Hole and it made my whole day!! Thank you Sarah for your constant reminders to stay present. Loved the relaxing neck rolls in the beginning of class. My butt, hamstrings, back and shoulders were feeling the burn afterward!! Great class.

that class was really good, but i don't agree at all with the "all levels" rating. while she does give modifications for some difficult poses, if you're a beginner or a novice, you might get lost in this class. also, if you're not used to doing these fast, difficult poses, you're going to have some trouble. i'm no yogi, but do have a good deal of strength, flexibility and experience with these classes, and i had to take many breaks. i don't mean to dissuade anyone from trying this class, because i believe you'll never get anywhere without challenging your self, but i wish i'd known what i was getting my self into when i started this video.
