It wouldn't let me post this in the suggestion part: My doctor said I can do yoga while pregnant as long as there are no twists. Whenever I come upon a twist, I modify it, or sit it out. It'd be great if we could sort twists out of the videos on YogaToday. I love this site!

I'm a cyclist with tight hips and really felt this class. I dream of snowboarding but in snowless Denton, Texas, I can only imagine the thrill it must be. I appreciate Sarah's classes because she demonstrates with patience and good communication. The Five Tibetan Rites are part of my morning routine but I appreciate doing them with Sarah otherwise I only do a few of the rolling cobras, all the other rites I do the 21 reps but there is something about the rolling cobra that makes me only want to do a few.

I am not a snowboarder, and have some issues with tightness. This class seemed to address some of those issues. I liked it. Some of the arm balances are a bit advanced for me, but I was able to do more than I thought I would! Guess doing yoga on a regular basis is starting to pay off! Thanks!

This was a very focused class, truly addressing what snowboarders must experience. There was a lot of instruction and transitions, which might have made it feel "scattered." I think if it is done more than once it would feel less that way. Thanks, Sarah, for putting a lot of obvious study into this class. I agree, that I was craving twists at the end. :)

Not being a snowboarder I got a lot more out of this than I expected. Sarah's classes always leave me smiling, even when they are working on bits that really don't want to cooperate. Also I LOVED that one of her yogis was not a handy bendy pipe cleaner. Made me feel better about myself. (yes I know it shouldn't matter).

Thanks Sarah for a wonderful, challenging class. I am not a snow boarder, running is my sport of choice and I found all the poses and information relevant to the runner. The instruction was clear and not filled with excess chatter. Good class, I'll do this one again.

As a 18-year snowboarder, I was very excited to find this class. But, I felt like the poses may have been more geared to beginner snowboarders--especially the wrist balancing and so forth--and the focus on ankles and wrists not necessarily applicable to advanced snowboarders. The shoulder twist was definitely appreciated and interesting, however. Would loved to have seen more focus specifically on core, hips and glutes and stabilizing muscles therein.

The beginning is rigorous getting your body sweaty and shaking in some of the postures. The last portion is deep stretching. Sarah manages to incorporate poses that I don't otherwise encounter and I love the diversity.
