Lots of subtle core work in this one do remind us where are strength and balance comes from. The constant reminders about conquering fear makes this a great class for everyone in their daily life as well. Overall and nice slow-paced, strength-building class. Thanks Adi!

I am not a rock climber but I greatly benefited from this class. Adi teaches us: that all movements extend from the core, the importance of recognizing how freaked out we can become when our muscles start shaking, that life is indeed hard but rest always eventually comes, to face our fears with relaxed muscles and confidence, to grip in our fingers but not in our foreheads, and that all movement has a breath to which it is linked (even when trying to do those darned lift-ups). Excellent class for so many reasons. Highly recommended.

I had done this class many months prior and had a memory of what it felt like. Today, I'm proud to say I could feel the progress I've made. The yogi push-ups in this class will make anyone stronger!!

I'm new to Yoga, so I struggled through a few of the poses in this class. I know it's a "Yogi" skill-level class, but as a climber I thought it was worth challenging myself. Adi is obviously a climber. The poses and her helpful guidance were great, helping me to access my determination to attempt some of the more advanced poses.
