Great class! First time class not so sure.

After a week of working in the wood its a good class to come back to yoga

Did this with my husband who is new to yoga and this was not the best one for a slow introduction.... Great for me for going back to basics but not for a new beginner.

As the title suggests, I was left feeling expanded in all parts of my body-- hamstrings, shoulders, chest, spine. I went in looking for some nice shoulder openers, but left feeling totally expansive. It goes at a nice, slow pace, too.

I love YogaToday for classes like this which I can take in between my live classes (usually harder and stronger) to keep my body active without causing muscle fatigue or soreness. This is a perfect "maintenance" class, I loved it. It introduces some nice hip and side stretches, then moves through half and full sun salutes which are performed at delightful slow pace so you can work on perfecting your full form or take easier options if you prefer. Some excellent low lunges follow, then some backbends and forward bends. Twists are also included, so all in all it's a quite thorough basic class, very enjoyable even for intermediate yogis on an easy day. The atmosfere is playful witk little laughs and jokes and the class feels more personal and funny. Great stuff. Thank you Adi!

This is not a First Time class, more of a novice level with an excellent lunge stretch sequence. I enjoyed the slow pace that allowed me to fully develop each pose.

Great class, although certain poses seemed a bit difficult for a true "first time" class. (For example, I doubt that most first-timers would know the difference between cobra pose and upward-facing dog.) But for those of us with a bit more experience, this class is a great, basic sequence that provides a good workout. (Or maybe I just need to turn up the A/C, because I'm sweating!)

Vinyasa done properly is not easy. It requires a lot of strength to execute even if modifying. This is a great intro to what a flow class is like and gives plenty of opportunity to build strength. The lunge sequence was very opening and the back bend at the end energising.

This class is entirely appropriate for novices, but I think that it has something for everyone. It's always good to slow down and go back to basics. There were a few unique and challenging poses in there, too. Overall, a great class.

I really enjoyed this class. It was fun and approached differently from many beginner classes. I especially liked the amount of upward facing dogs, and the fact that it challenged me to work on my balance.

Even though this is a beginner class, it's great 'back to basics class'. It has a nice long sequence of lunges that really gets into the hip flexors. Although slow moving, the class was invigorating and also relaxing.
