I'm not new to yoga but am coming back after a long hiatus, and I wish I'd had this class years ago when I started. Neesha gives thorough instruction about how the pose should feel. I can tell a huge difference in the poses I've done hundreds of times before.

I started doing more yogi classes, but found that I was losing my recognition of the universal principles of alignment. Came back to this class and was able to gain a deeper understanding and fulfillment of the poses. I liked the little meditation talk in the end and how this practice can carry over to our everyday life. Thanks for that, Neesha!

I am always impressed by how exact Neesha is with her alignment cueing. It feels like she is right beside me giving a private class. This class is very very slow and the title of yoga basics is accurate. I'm really tight and sore from overdoing it so this was appropriate today.

I'm not a first-timer, but I still loved this course: it's an excellent refresher on how to do basic poses properly. Not too strenuous, although you do generate some inner heat if you really focus on all the isometric actions that Neesha describes. Highly recommended.
