Truly am cleansed to start this new year with motivation and exercise. Ever so much that i ordered a informercial exercise dvd set from the states to do along with my own exercise routines.. I love neeshas physic as it motivates my own physic that is hard to find in so many dvds out there. Also a big shout out to the guy who trained for himself rather than for the sake of yoga. Top stuff, never disappoints. ever!

Hello Yogis and yoginis I received a tip to check this site from a friend, sounded as a great idea; but I don't know why is not working... ?!... I subscribed now for free, just to see how it is, but when I got to this link, I can not watch the video, it looks like if it is downloading the video; but is more than three hrs ago and nothing happened and can not play it or stop it, the screen is just in white and there's a circle going round and round as if it was working, but nothing happens... any idea why is this? can someone give some help/

Wonderful class, one of the best on this site, and I've been practicing with Neesha, Adi, and Sarah for almost 5 years now. A fantastic blend of allignment, mental and spiritual focus, and heat building, Neesha, is all Anusara like this? I sweat more in this class than I do in Vinyasa and Ashtanga practices! And I held my Crow pose for more than 3sec for the first time EVER! Yay! Thank you again and again, and Namaste!

This class made me feel much more "expansive" and showed me how to soften in poses to get more out of them. I feel much more open while strengthening in the thighs & ankles. First time I've ever gotten into Pasasana.

I like the way this class started by an extended time in diamond both with feet flat and flexed. I generated heat during several postures including forearm plank and several chair poses. The apex pose was noose so there is a lot of low squat leading up to it. Guided savasana to end was truly the frosting.
