You can't help but feel good after listening to Neesha's passion for yoga and life. I thought her especially bubbly through this class. Class starts with some Pilate's style core work that will get you warm then moves from one back bend to another ending in upward facing bow. The African Dancer pose is taken early on and again later, same with shoulder bridge.

I know that the title is about using core strength for backbends, and she does this very well, but what I found most helpful was the methods Neesha gave to really get at the shoulder loop to really open up backbends. I have been struggling with this for a while and she gave really concrete ways to feel how to do this well.

I love Neesha's crystal clear instruction. She is an excellent teacher.

This class is an example of one that has corrected my alignment in a way I never knew existed!!! After 3 years of yoga, thinking I was a Guru, I learned so much in class with Neesha today, I will return to this to PRACTICE! Thank you!!!
