This class was very helpful for me today. I went gentle on myself and didn't concern myself with the fullest pose I thought I needed to be. I focused more on the flexibility than the strength. Realizing how much energy we put in our front bodies and not our back was very helpful for balancing out my subtle energies and not hurting myself.

The pace was in keeping with the grounding intention. I certainly felt more grounded afterwards. Neesha included several fun challenges into this class like the ending leg squeezing arm lift up which made it playful as well.

Wow. Focusing on using the back body to initiate twists and chaturanga made these moves more effective for me than ever before. I never thought i'd be able to lift from lying face down up into chaturanga, but I did! Progress!

This was a nice way to end the day, slow flow with lots of forward bending, gentle twisting and movement into the back body. It has a guru rating but I think it would be fine for all yogis - just a couple of arm balances at the end and fine tuning of the body.

Lots of focus on the back body, great for slowing down and paying attention on how each pose is executed. The poses weren't very challenging, yet continuing to draw to the back body requires focus.

I really liked this class. It didn't move too fast, and had just the right amounts of twists and hip openers. There were a few advanced parts that were hard for me, but it was easy to take at my own pace. Thanks!
