I love this workout. First part is very intense and concentrated flow, the second part offers an opportunity for very deep forward bending. Be careful not to overdo the bending (I always have problems with this). Very low chatter, meditative vibe.

I love this class and have downloaded it so I can do it often. I am a novice and I find it to be challenging enough to feel like a vigorous work out while still being simple enough to not overstep my skill level. I find Adi to be a wonderful teacher, and I have noticed the difference in how assured I feel in each pose every time I attempt the class. Wonderful!
