I find myself coming back to this class every few weeks. I love the sun salutations in this one- gentle and graceful. All of the twisting postures are also done with a graceful intent. Definitely a restorative class, but Sarah gives options to add a few challenges. I really love this one.

Thanks, Sarah! This was the perfect class for the day after Thanksgiving, or after any long day I would imagine. I woke up feeling groggy, but within minutes of the first set of breathing exercises I felt clearer and more energized. I particularly liked the sequence - from breathing exercises to energizing sun salutations to restorative twists.

This class was a good blend of sun salutations to warm up at in the beginning of the class and floor work the rest of the class. I enjoyed that Sarah added hip openers and forward bends in between the twisting postures, because twisting postures seem to be the hardest postures for me to do correctly.

Lots of reclining twists engaging the back and core (especially external obliques - Yay!). This class wasn't as relaxing and restorative for me because I find twists so challenging and need to constantly focus on keeping my shoulders on my back and using my abdominal muscles to keep my lower back from collapsing. The hip opening during the reclining twists was pure heaven.

I didn't enjoy this class as much as many others at Yoga Today, but it *did* help me de-stress after a crappy day--so that was great! I enjoyed the variation on the sun salutation, and some of the twists felt really good.

Great for those of us who love twists. Gentle and restorative class.

The relaxing nature of this class with special attention being paid to releasing low back, obliques and front of the body makes it ideal after rigorous core work. Sarah's calming voice put my 5 yr old to sleep while watching me.

Very relaxing. Great yoga practice.
