Neesha put herself out there with the theme of this class and I respect her for that. A valuable lesson to all yogis to see the positive in situations and relate to others with acceptance. Not to mention the postures in this class left me feeling awesome.

Neesha is such an accepting, encouraging teacher. I learn so much from her especially about accepting my own creativity and not being afraid to shine as I am. This is an empowering class that allows for great literal and figurative stretching! Nice ab work at the beginning and appreciated the opportunity to practice hanumanasa at the end. Thank you!

Don't be fooled. This class is challenging, fun, and takes you all the way to hanumanasana. I loved how Neesha described anjaneyasana - the prep for hanumasana: don't know why I never made this kind of connection before, but in the story, Anjana is the mother of Hanuman. Also, thanks to Nessha's instructions in this class and another, my standing splits feel AMAZING and deep. Thanks Neesha! Oh, and beware, this is a challenging yogi level class. Peace.

I was fully prepared for this theme to be off-putting and cheesetastic, but I think it works rather well. I only found myself laughing during a balancing sequence in the middle.. but it was a good laugh (Neesha knows how to bring the lolz). I really liked the way the movement started (and ended) with the core. Fantastic practice all around!
