This class is one that everyone should try. It teaches about root lock and abdominal lock and once you've learned about/practiced this two locks, you can integrate this experience in all the other yoga classes. I find this to be a very important and necessary knowledge for yoga practice.

This is one of my favorite classes, and one of Sarah's best. It's a great one if you're feeling sluggish and don't have the energy for vinyasa. It starts off gently, but by the end is very challenging. Sarah has so much knowledge and I love learning what she has to share. thank you.

Sarah teaches how to incorporate our bandhas with each breath cycle and I am going to try to carry this outward into the rest of my day. Unfortunately, I felt a strain in my shoulders and neck a few times and had to rest and try to modify. I loved this class, but my stomach muscles hated it! I was sore for a couple days (I know, I apparently wasn't breathing right!), then I came back to it a week or so later after working intentionally on my core, and I could do it much more effectively. My only criticism is that it doesn't give many suggestions for easier modifications. I was doing this with a friend who needed some.

This is the first yoga today class that my husband did with me & he loved it! He really learned a lot about core lock & root lock. After this class, he was willing to do yoga with me every week. This is one of those classes where you don't think you are working that hard, but the next day your core definitely feels it.
