Sarah gives an excellent sequence for airline travelers but I can see many other applications such as road trips or rainy days in which this could come in handy. The warm up is a different type of sun salute, which felt great, followed by slow deep restorative asanas. The last portion of class are poses for sciatica prevention. So relaxing.
