This class was slower but definitely challenging with longer held poses and some great ab postures plus a surprise headstand to keep you on, or off as it were, your toes. I feel energized and yet calm and ready to tackle the day. My core feels stronger already and I also feel the lingering cold I've had dissipating further. Thank you Sarah!

I really love that Sarah has so many different approaches to her yoga practice. The long holds were difficult for me after a few days without yoga. But the last part of the class was fun to try headstand - even if I tend to flip all the way over. It would be great if more classes would incorporate head and arm stands. A challenging, but not exhausting class.

I loved this phrase by Sarah. It completely exemplified this class. The poses (plank, side plank, upward dog, downward dog, etc.) were held quite a bit longer than usual which caused some shakin' and detox'n! The energy was definitely felt even though the class moved at a slower pace. Great core work, hip opening, and lots of forward bending. Headstand and shoulder stand, too!
