Great variation in poses, which made for a very enjoyable class. Further instruction in natarajasana would have been helpful. A little surprised that we didn't work with the pose more. Some points of the class seemed to transition too quickly -- I was a breath or two behind and rushed to catch up. Regardless, I loved the entire class!

I loved the sequence. However I felt I was too rushed at times ....I wanted to stay in a pose longer!:) ... BUT: no wonder, this is a guru level class, and I am just at yogis level. So I did my best and followed Neesha's advice: don't get attached to the pose.... Just flow! .... Still, I was disappointed that finally the dancer pose - was there just for a sec.... I would expect at least 15 min of it:))))

Neesha very skillfully prepares you for the cosmic dancer or Natrajasana Pose. The lead up flow is quite sweaty with many "from downdog, raise a leg and bring it to the front of the mat into a lunge" flows and some "chaturanga-up dogs" too. On a few other Neesha sessions, I found her good but rather chatty. I dont like it when talking creates down time during a practise. When I do it over and over, it seems like a waste of time. In this session I found her perfect. She moves along at a great pace. Neither too slow nor too fast. After all the build up to cosmic dance, I was a bit disappointed when we got to the pose.It seems like she ran out of time and had to rush. She shows an excellent modification with a strap. But there is no repeat without the strap. I intend to pause and do it a second time next time through. However these are minor quibbles in an outstanding class. It ends with some wonderful counter poses to all the back bending so that your back feels relaxed by the end.

Great class opening you up for the beautiful cosmic dancer pose (and some hanumanasana thrown in there at the end too!) I felt that the actual doing of the cosmic dancer pose part went by too quickly, I think next time I do this class I will pause it and spend more time with it.

i found this class to be opening and empowering. yeah! neesha beautifully guides through the priciples of alignment to allow for even MORE opening. backbends, heart openers, stretching, full breathing, expanding from the core! LOVE this class and the sedona series!!

Thank you again for your beautiful spirit. I have done almost every class on yogatoday as well as all the blogs (sometimes several times). This is a topper! Challenging but with a thoughtful, skillful lead into the culminating pose of naturajasana. I feel like I accomplished something new. I love that feeling!

I was thinking that with cosmic dancer being pictured and mentioned that it was the BIG pose of the class but actually there were several equally challenging poses. This class went in and out of poses more quickly than most fitting alot into 51 minutes. The time went by very quickly.
