This is most definitely how yoga should always be, most of this class i had balanced out the muscles and progress when doing the more advanced guru classes and now feel more strength. Also a great true shoulder strengthener class with awesome breathing strategy to just build energy and really take advantage of all that toning available through out transition poses. One of my favourites definitely. Thank you

Nice to have a refresher of the foundation that more advanced poses stem from. I love the leg and arm strengthing focus to achieve a more balanced posture. The class is slow but needs to be for the mind to focus on the small nuance of each pose.

This is perfect for beginners and for those who may not have a solid foundation in the basics. I loved the focus on the way the muscles and joints should feel during each pose and how she stressed that in nature, growth only happens from a solid foundation. The work on balance and stability was something that I find missing in many yoga videos.

It is slow paced, and I didn't mind it, focusing on breathing and my body. However, I could tell that she was a new instructor. Too many comments directed at soccer moms. That being said, she has some great concepts, and I think she will be a good teacher with more confidence. The mango bit was perfect yoga humor for me.

It was challenging for us newbies, but not challenging to the point of discouraging. My husband liked it enough to want to try it again tomorrow. Thank you. I really enjoyed this class. I found the instruction clear and easy to follow. As a beginner, this class was simple to follow and provided an energizing, encouraging way to build a solid foundation. I especially liked the instructions for tree pose, drawing the opposite hip up before planting the foot. This was excellent for me to improve balance and successfully maintain this pose.
