It was a great class and I built up some good internal heat but I'd really like it if Adi mentioned the bandhas a bit more and maybe if she explained the positions she skips so that we can know what the primary series is really like! Other than that, loved it :)

If your looking for a no fluff practice this would be a good choice. Adi begins standing and rapidly works through some standing postures then to the floor(which for me was when the real work began). The longer floor sequence built the most heat for me because of the lift-ups, chaturanga, up-dog, and jump through that went with every posture. Great workout!

I loved this class, it was so wonderful to reconnect with the first part of the primary series again. I've been looking for a similar class to take in person where I live and despite three years of looking have not been able to find one. Thank you Adi for a very good class. The pace kept my internal heat building and being able to do all the forward bends at the end left me calm, but energised, and ready to take on the day.
