Yoga Chikitsa is yoga therapy describing the first series of the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga practice. The traditional sequence consists of roughly 75 poses that take an hour and a half to two hours to complete. Adi modifies the classical sequence, breaking it down into three, one hour classes. This first session will begin with sun salutations and move to forward bends, hip openers & twists.
